Abstract
Three-months old unreduced medial fracturedislocation of the elbow of a 40-year-old female and its treatment is presented. In this very rare entity; good result has been achieved by open reduction, excision of the fractured fragment of the capitellum and the deformed radial head and early motion with permanent axillary catheterisation. Follow-up period is 26 months.
