Union were occured in 11 of 13 cases using external fixators as definitive treatment. In one delayed union, DCP+grefonage was carried out. In other case osteomyelitis was seen. The elbow anklylosis was seen in one case which was associated with ipsilateral comminueted foream fractures. In one cases which was carried out osteosenthesis with DCP, we were seen restriction of motion. We think that in open humeral fractures application of external fixator is very usefull.
