Tarsometatarsal And Intermetatarsal Capsulotomy In Treatment Of Congenital Metatarsus Varus

Abstract

Tarsometatarsal and intermetatarsal capsulotomy is a surgical technique in the treatment of congenital metatarsus varus. In this study, between 1987 and 1993, we evaluated 16 patients with congenital metatarsus varus which was operated by using tarsometatarsal and intermetatarsal capsulotomy technique in our clinic. This technique is insufficient for the treatment of congenital metatarsus varus.
