Diagnostic and Operative Arthroscopy of The Knee Under Local Anaesthesia

Abstract
We applied arthroscopy for diagnosis and surgery on more than 800 patients. Arthroscopy of the knee under local anesthesia was performed on 42 patients for diagnostic and operative purposes. Jetocaine was used for anesthesia. No patient had to be converted to general anesthesia to complete the procedure.
