Hydatid Cyst at The Trochanteric Region of The Femur (Case Report)

Abstract
A patient who had destruction and pathologic fracture on the trochanteric region of the femur, caused by osseous hydatosis was treated surgically (Bone resection, lavage, curretage, and custom made prosthesis) and with chemotherapy. In this article the result of chemotherapy and surgical treatment for hydatid bone disease is reported.
