Submission Fee and Article Processing Charge (APC)
SUBMISSION FEE
The submission fee is 50 $ (for foreign authors) and 450 TL (for Turkish authors) per article will be collected by Yazılım Parkı as usage fee for the online article submission and tracking system. This fee will not be repaid if the article is rejected in any stage. Neither our journal nor our foundation has any legal or financial liability due to these fees.
The submission fee can be paid by credit card online as the last step of the manuscript submission within online article submission and tracking system.
The submission fee can also be paid by wire transfer. In this case, your article will be processed after the payment is received. You can find the bank account information for the wire transfer below.

ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC) to be paid by the AUTHORS of the ACCEPTED ARTICLES for PUBLICATION in the JOURNAL
The authors with accepted articles for publication in the Journal will be required to make a financial contribution. This contribution share will be determined according to the number of pages which the articles cover in the Journal.
It will become:
186 € [Euro] (for foreign authors) per page which includes %20 VAT plus %25 at least other taxes.
3.987 TL (for Turkish authors with 33% reduction) per page which includes %20 VAT plus %25 at least other taxes.
Article Processing Charge may be regulated (increased or decreased) any time due to economic conditions.
